Looking at this board as more than nutrition and exercise, but health in general, I want to mention some research I've just learned about looking into the temporary side effects some people experience after a covid MRNA vaccine or booster. There's quite a range, from zero all the way to sick as a dog for several days, with about a week for full recovery. I had looked into this just before I was scheduled for my current Moderna booster this past Friday morning.
2 studies have been published.....one by the UConn Medical School immunology people back in February, and another JUST published by a group at Columbia.....demonstrating that the more intense one's response, ie, muscle pains, fever, swollen glands, profound fatigue, very painful arm, etc, the stronger and longer lasting the immune response to the vaccine.
Very glad I had discovered this. My reaction to the current booster was at least as awful as my response to the first vaccine dose back in Feb 2021. This was a lost weekend for me. But I'm pleased as punch! (And lost a few lbs into the bargain.)
