SNIP The lawsuit — filed by the American Civil Liberties Union...

Based on the learnin' albaby gave us several months ago, I expected this. EOs will be shot-down if they are effective, because to be effective they must be illegal. There appears to be no getting around Congress having to change the law. It's up to the legislative, not the executive. Barring another pandemic, in which case Title 42 could be utilized again (but that's legal, created by the legislative).
