Only Majority Whip Tom Emmer of Minnesota and Austin Scott of Georgia voted to certify the 2020 election. Before you think Emmer and Scott are somehow moderates who believe in democracy, "when Texas filed a lawsuit, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to help overturn Donald Trump's defeat, both Emmer and Scott were among the many House Republicans who signed onto a ridiculous legal brief endorsing the indefensible gambit."
