Labour has basically thrown their borders open, made flying the Union Jack a crime and have created a two-tier system of justice where immigrants can do no wrong but UK citizens get visits from the police over…tweets.

Nope on the first part.

Conservatives were in power from the 2017 Brexit vote throughout mid-2024. Actual Brexit shut down easy immigration for EU citizens, instead, those governments opened the doors wide to non-EU immigrants (UK JCs likely pushing), resulting in numbers going up rather than down, peaking in 2023. Labour on balance slightly tightened the rules.

A case can be made for the last part though.
