Sean Duffy, Transportation Secretary: "By the time we leave, President Trump says we're gonna have all the controllers America needs to control our airspace."

There are two ways to do that:

1: invest heavily to increase the number of personnel, and the capacity of facilities.

2: force the Proles back on Greyhound, so the "JCs" and their private jets have the skies to themselves, thus reducing system capacity requirements to what is available, saving a lot of money, that can be then given to the "JCs".
