The sole hope is that people of goodwill - and there are plenty on both sides albeit scared to come out. If they come together, lay down arms for about 2 election cycles, embrace framewworks like Simpson-Bowles, install fair-shared sacrifice from the homeless guy to the CEO..... then, America will rule like never before.
