This may look like shit here, but in tg it's clear tables.

Enclose the tables in < pre > .... .
After untabifying -- replace tabs with appropriate spaces.

today the SPY and the QQQ closed below their 10 month moving averages.

I use the 43 week moving average, which hasn't quite dropped below.
Today it is "+0.8% vs. SMA"

It's been dropping steadily. On Monday 3/9/26 it was "+3.2% vs. SMA"
