so it seems chubb may have multiple russian connections, not just that for oil&gas. some via greenberg.
chubb is a slick operator, praised by warren buffet's gang, and possibly a recent investor. part of the bond terms is addition of another 60 days from the appeal loss to delay payment, but chubb is savvy and likely to have it already in hand from the true source of funds.

it is my understanding that carroll can reject this chubb bond, but with obvious further delays as well.

regardless, this is noise compared to the upcoming big fraud bond.
am very curious if it is another foreign frontman, and whether it matters not to the number of layers obscuring the true source of money.
