Today, DOJ released what it identified as the last tranche of Epstein materials. From their perspective, the files have now been released.
It's several millions of pages, so it will take everyone time to comb through it. However, it seems pretty likely that there won't be anything like a "client list." No evidence of unprosecuted assaults by men other than Epstein himself. No smoking guns. We can predict that, because Blanche made pains to prepare everyone for that:
“There’s a hunger or a thirst for information that I do not think will be satisfied by the review of these documents and … there’s nothing I can do about that,” [Deputy AG Todd] Blanche said.
“There’s this built-in assumption that somehow there’s this hidden tranche of information of men that we know about, that we’re covering up, or that we’re choosing not to prosecute. That is not the case. I don’t know whether there are men out there that abuse these women. If we learn about information and evidence that allows us to prosecute them, you better believe we will,” he added.https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/571502...Now, we see how MAGA reacts to being told that there actually
wasn't any effort by Democrats to protect sex abusers by failing to act on the Epstein files. Or how Democratic conspiracy-minded folks react to the same thing. Dan Bongino, let's hear your thoughts!
