FYI, the 'clasp' reference is when 17D biz genius with dementia was confused why metal was on the end ribbon of an award.

he did us proud, took a deep breath, and invoked his mantra 'zebra,dog,giraffe'.
then within a minute, ignored the biden approved clasp, and just tied a ribbon ends together.
with improv like this, no wonder every week is a total victory in iran.
