I worked with a few ICE agents that were like these guys.... jacked up on Red Bull and very full of themselves. From San Diego to Los Angeles, I've never seen a boatload of immigrants or drug runners with guns. They don't fight. After the long slog against wind and waves in a small boat from Baja California, they are exhausted. If they're busted, they either just sit down on the beach or run to hide if there's a neighborhood nearby.

That the agents fidgeted with their rifles at high ready on the beach made me more than a little nervous.
