Paxton is Texas AG. Why doesn't he phony up some charges, and have Talarico frog marched for the 6 O'Clock "news"? That visual will tip enough people (if the AG charged him, there must be something to it). By the time a judge throws the case out for lack of evidence, it will be after the election. Who would charge Paxton for abuse of the justice system? The Texas AG? Paxton is the AG. He won't charge himself. Besides, the Gov will pardon him. By the time the haggis about the fake charges hits the fan, Abbott either has another term, or he's a lame duck, so outrage over the pardon won't bother him one whit.
Get used to it kids. We live in a banana republic.
