ICE has thousands or tens of thousands of encounters with people every day.

So, no, not "every time."

As is typical (see: Mamdani), leftists are just horrible when it comes to math & statistics, and insist on drawing general conclusions from very low frequency occurrences.

That's not logic, that's cognitive bias.

You might want to do something about that, Alpha Wolf.
