Dontcha' just love the law and order advocates who argue the laws should be abandoned in certain instances or for certain people but as albaby1 has explained, repeatedly, that's not the way the law works. Being accused of a crime is not the same as having been found guilty of a crime."To be fair, neither Dope nor BHM actually believe in law and order.
Neither one was bothered when a certain cult leader regularly encouraged chants at his rallies about locking an opponent up despite a lack of evidence of actual wrong doing.
Neither one was bothered by a sitting president openly and publicly forcing his Attorney General to open an investigation into his political opponents that resulted in no major convictions (outside of a single minor person that no one cared about on a minor technicality) that was clearly nothing more than political retribution.
Yet when that same cult leader is investigated, has the evidence against him shown to a grand jury, and accused of a crime and is awaiting a criminal trial, they think it is nothing more than a witch hunt.
I often wonder what the phrase "law and order" really means to them.
I genuinely believe that they think "law and order" means harassing your political opponents with legal investigations while ignoring criminal activity by their own side. It fits the facts.
