Yup, I've raised this point before.
It is the logical extension of the narrative. Why is only "artificial" birth control supposedly bad? Why is the narrative that "life begins at conception" advanced? Neigher has any logical basis. But we are moving into an era where we Proles are nothing but property of the state, to be used to benefit the "JCs", so no longer a need to sugar coat the program.
"Spilling your seed" makes a man a mass murder
The problem is a matter of scale. Women report to the insemination center monthly. Men report to the milking center daily? Shinyland will need a massive army to invade and occupy the rest of the world, as PNAC proposed, but I foresee a supply imbalance.
