This might be good news for FOX. It could possibly become a reputable media organization. OTOH, many of the benighted viewers will slither off to even darker corners of the mediasphere.

A Nevada commissioner ruled resoundingly against Murdoch, who was trying to give full control of his empire to his son Lachlan and lock in Fox News’s right-wing editorial slant.

Mr. Murdoch and Lachlan appointed new representatives to the family trust — including Bill Barr, a former attorney general — to give them the votes they needed to disenfranchise James, Elisabeth and Prudence.Credit...
