Yes, there is one bullet hole in the windshield. Minneapolis PD can measure bullet direction from where the bullet hit, after going through the windshield. The other two shots apparently went through the open side window, ie, when the car was going past the officer, and he was safely out of it's path.

In the past, I would be pretty confident that the coroner's report would be released to the public. Now? I'm not so sure.

I just did another frame by frame advance of the video. When the officer first pulls his gun, he is about in front of the left side headlight. When the cloud of smoke from the first shot appears, he is completely clear of the car's path, you can see his feet beyond the officer in the foreground. It was close, but he was clear.
