It took Hitler about five years from the time he seized power until he began systematically putting non-"aryan" people in concentration camps.

The NYT has been reporting arrest/detainment of a few white Europeans. This Russian bride (of a 3X Trump votin' Patriot) did her time in a concentration camp. Made the NYT front page today.

....."Ms. Bobreneva, who is from Russia, and married her American husband 8 months ago, has a pending green card application, and her lawyer asserts that she was never out of lawful status.
