Not anywhere near as provocative as dumping NIH grants under the guise of LGBTQ and something as simple as indirect costs, and tossing out USAID which ships our food from US Farms, etc., and medicine to the world. Can't wait till y'all get to the VA.

Our President is not dumping all NIH grants forever. Phrasing it the way you do, IMHO, is another alarmist exaggeration, intended to generate anxiety in those susceptible.
