The Bible never attributes "pride" to God. Pride is consistently portrayed as evil.
"For the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low." Isaiah 2:12
"Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble." 1 Peter 5:5

I asked my theologian professor friend:
Q: "Does God feel pride?"
A: "I think God can feel pride in the sense of we feel proud of our kids. It's a form of recognition of worth or achievement".
That's nice.
If horses had gods they would be horse-shaped.
And have horsey-feelings, no doubt.

It makes one wonder. I mean, where does an idea like this come from?
“I think God is very proud of the job I’ve done,” Mr. Trump said as he neared the end of his remarks.
I'm pretty sure he pulled that right out of his *ss.

I'm pretty sure he is an atheist. Has he ever been seen in a church? Does he go regularly? He clears the streets so he can have a photo-op holding a bible (upside down, as I recall). He pays lip-service to appease the RW evangelical nutjobs, but he's almost certainly not a believer.
