During his remarks at the Charlie Kirk Memorial, the guy in charge of the nation's health said: “I met Charlie for the first time in July of 2001. I went on his podcast, and I think we approached each other with a lot of trepidation at that time, but by the end of the podcast, we were soulmates.”

Umm, Charlie Kirk was seven years old in July, 2001.

The pyrotechnics were, umm, err, an interesting choice, though. My wife and I are attending a memorial service in October. I wonder if they'll have fireworks.

Nice of RFK Jr to show up yesterday after skipping the funeral of DeKalb County police officer David Rose who was killed in the line of duty at the CDC.
