I see no credible evidence that the IDF is doing anything to avoid civilian casualties. They tout that as a policy, but the indiscriminate bombing, evidenced by the tonnage dropped and the results, and by the starving of the population of food, water, and medical supplies argues a different goal than eliminating Hamas.

To my view, the policies as enacted so far have the goal of driving the populace out of north Gaza into the Sainai and then removing the right of return. Smells like ethnic cleansing.
