the illegals crowd out Americans who might need the care.

Not in MN.

The same states then ask for reimbursements.

All the red states are on federal welfare. They are going to lose a LOT of it. Especially the red states dependent on migrant labor--who (to cite YOU) crowd Americans out who might need the care. Who comes first? Big Farma or poor Americans who can't get welfare?
