This problem has been anticipated for awhile. To put int Club 401K parlance - I think there's a stock for "Easterly" - REIT for government propertie. You know, government properties that will always pay rent and re-lease right?

Woof. The stock symbol is DEA...and it's not in good shape.

I read someplace that some government buildings are like 10% occupied. That's what they're looking at.
