Remind me, what did Biden cut to fund the Inflation Reduction Act? Or Rural Broadband? Or subsidies for EV's, and so on.

I don't think federal spending works the way you think it does. It is more like I will hold my nose and support your wasteful spending ideas and you support mine, then we both can proclaim what great statesmen we are to our constituencies, re-election assured.
