Quite so. Other than being the #2 at Justice, I can't imagine better training that being AG of a sizeable state.
Rubio was Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Outside of being a professional diplomat, I can't think of better training than being a high ranking member of the Intelligence or Foreign Relations committee.

Agree. She would not have been Florida AG if she didn't know something about the law. Recall Bill Barr had a reputation for being Trump's lap dog, but even he had to draw a line on what he could support, when Generalissimo Trump the Great tried to overthrow the government. She probably committed the greatest sin, trying to tell Trump the God Awful "no".
