But really, how much of this will go into the Trump family grift enterprise? One way or another, a lot.

Apparently, the awards will be made by a committee. God and Savior Trump can remove anyone he wants, from that committee, without cause. Seems like you are right. The committee will be groomed to award most of the money to the biggest, most important, most perfect, and, to hear him tell it, the biggest victim in the world: Donald John Trump.
