I don't see anything at all coming from the Dem side right now. Even the Epstein outrage is mostly MAGA. If Dems are speaking, it's not very loudly. Not enough to attract any coverage.

I hope you're right that they are gearing up to blast the Reps with the voters along the lines of "this is what they did to YOU", and "they took this from YOU", etc. Job loss, inflation, loss of ACA benefits, loss of Medicaid benefits... Sure, remind voters of Epstein frequently. But, frankly, they are going to care more about jobs, and medical benefits.

I wasn't aware (since I don't live in CA), but apparently Arnold got the anti-gerrymandering legislation passed. So, CA is one of the few states (the only one?) that doesn't have political districting. It's about as non-partisan as you can get. What I have read would indicate that he believes gerrymandering is evil (I agree), and he doesn't want one of his biggest accomplishments to be nullified. That's why he's speaking out now.
