Aside from the fact that the percentage is self-reported by the Department of Homeland Security and not independently verified, in numbers, again self-reported by the Department of Homeland Security, that is an increase in vehicular attacks over the past year from 2 attacks to 66 attacks in the prior period.
For additional perspective, there are over 20,000 ICE employees.
66 attacks of a population of 20,000 ICE employees is .003%.
But 3,200% sounds better, I guess.
