the masses misunderstand why this standard delay tactic is a massive win for trump.

a. there is little chance impatient trump will wait another ~12 months (if\when scotus could review) for more bribes to roll in via 1-on-1 tariff negotiations. as bloomberg has cataloged, there are many dozens of more productive active grift channels.

b. too close to midterms...there is a risk than everyone not MAGA will realize reshoring didnt spike due to gop trade policy.
(but of course the gop will use anyone new factory long underway and near completion as publicity)
any adverse court ruling will be instantly flood rightwing media and local election ads.
