I understand how you feel and I try limit my intake of news too otherwise my depression becomes nearly unbe.

One of my favorite things about the podcast is that it ends with a listener submitted "good news" segment. Some of the stories are simply people sharing what they are doing to keep themselves going in these horrible times. Other times people share what they are doing to resist the fascist takeover.
