So Dope creates a strawman (that AlphaWolf is for giving congress a 40% pay raise) based off of a lie that the bill would raise congressional pay by 40%, then implies that others are stupid.....

Classic Dope.

Strawman, spreading false information from people taking advantage of his ignorance, insulting the intelligence of others, while not realizing that he is really describing himself.
