Flog that dead horse...

...but every news organization working today will make mistakes; it's inevitable. The New York Times made a mistake and when it was brought to its attention, corrected the error.

And there are always going to be disgruntled former employees with an axe to grind.

However, the New York Times is the most honored newspaper in the world and has been awarded 132 Pulitzer Prizes, mostly for excellence in journalism, more than any other news organization.

Since 2000, the New York Times has been awarded over 50 Pulitzer Prizes.

For those who prefer to get their "news" from the Gateway Pundit and Zero Hedge, please remind me: how many Pulitzer Prizes have they been awarded?
