No, he didn't.
A number of them crossed the border illegally. Some others overstayed their visas. There's no universe where arresting people who've broken laws constitutes some kind of kerfuffle on the scale you're mentionin

In the Liberal Blame America First, give aid and comfort to enemy world: It's not ok for America to enforce border laws but it's ok for everybody else.

The *only* time Libeals pretend to care is "Putin!" and its only because they dont like "Putin!" and it's Europe'a ass on the line.

otherwise, all countries can try to secure themselves, advance their causes. Just not the united states.
