Is giving away someone else's sword "stolen valor"?

I keep thinking that one day, he’s gonna show up dressed like Muammar Gaddafi- complete with gold braid, epaulettes and a chest full of medals, including the Medal of Honor, Silver Star, Bronze Star and that Purple Heart he got for bone spurs.

Is it appropriate to wear a medal for the Nobel Peace Prize on a military uniform?

That too. The more flashy stuff, the better.
