Popcorn is pretty unbelievably healthy also:

A 30g serving of popcorn (plain) has:
• 3.9g protein
• 1.4g fat
• 19.9g carbs
• 0.3g sugars
• 4.3g fibre

That is 13% protein, and 14% fibre. I did not even realise it had so much protein.

My staple diet is assorted (un-processed) nuts, with a smaller amount of dried fruit amongst them. Nuts and seeds have surprisingly different nutrition, but they are all good, so the best idea is to just assort them - walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts and peanuts.

You feel way better than others who are buying coke + candies as their snack food. Ouch. Brain fog, depression and body disfunction in no time.
