any agency that sends out money, they have an ongoing program of re-certifying eligibility.

Then Spankee could NEVER get any money from any govt. Think about that--if you can.

Same for voter rolls. If no one ever checks, records keep getting further out of date....

Definite public proof--posted BY YOU--that you can NOT be a US resident or citizen.
