Do you not realize that Jack Smith used his deposition to filibuster against Trump as an advocate--not as a neutral, objective witness?
You do not believe in the rule of law.
You do not believe in democracy.
If all that was needed to sustain a conviction under American jurisdprudence was the deposition (hearsay!) of a highly biased prosecutor with a long history of overrreach, including being overturned in the Supreme Court 9-0 on at least one occasion (a HUGE accomplishment!), then we could dispense with judges, juries, witnesses, defense attoreys, evidence, and trials.
