May be relevant in the rest of the world, but not in retrograde Shinyland.

For now, yes. However, Korea--and maybe other mfs--will catch up eventually. Way behind? No surprise. Spankee LOVES the "uneducated" and they may NOT be able to get real jobs in the future economy.
