Then why would you vote for the guy who's about to have all his bogus convictions vacated?

Fixed that for you. Because he was by far the better choice, with a proven track record in office.

You have made those three talking points, and we have given you data "over and over" that indicate you were wrong.

You know, in the face of such a defeat across the board and up and down the ballot, perhaps some questioning of your assumptions are in order.

Let's look at California. The left likes to chant "there is no crime crisis", but would Californians agree with that?

Prop 36 - passed by something like 70% to 30%
Chesa Boudin, progressive San Francisco DA? Recalled in 2022.
George Gascón, progressive LA DA? Lost by close to 20 points.
Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao? Recalled over crime concerns. She lost by over 20 points.
Alameda County DA Pamela Price? Recalled over crime concerns. She lost by 30 points.

So if there's no crime crisis, why is true-blue California massively stiffening penalties that had been massively relaxed and why are they recalling mayors and DA's?
