Jeebus, it was still wrapped. The agent probably didn't even get his shirt stained. He should have just picked up the sub, eaten it, and laughed at him and called him a tosser.

Had he done that, he would have won in the eyes of the public, and it would have given DHS a bit of positive publicity.

But intimidating the public rather than gaining public support is the aim of this president and this DHS.
