The one in which Trump didn’t attack Iran
Absolutely. That was one of the stupidest decisions among a plethora of stupid decisions from this administration.
I read that the folks who do "scenarios" (Pentagon, State Dept, etc) have been warning against attacking Iran since at least the Bush (Jr) administration. Maybe even Clinton (I forget now). The Felon decided that they were all idiots, and ordered the (illegal) attack. The projections of those experts came true. Iran had enough capability to close the Strait, and they continue to have that ability. And now they know it, and everyone else knows it (except maybe the Felon), and Iran is effectively controlling the Strait for the foreseeable future. And we are powerless to do anything about it. Even boots on the ground probably wouldn't prevent Iran from closing the Strait anytime they wanted.
