I wonder what's fueling all this FUD about Biden not running. As you say, it's utter nonsense. There is no other candidate running, filing deadlines are coming up (as you indicated); it's just not happening. It is almost certainly going to be Biden v Trump, unless states are able to exclude Trump from their ballots. I believe Colorado is attempting to do that, but I don't know if it's legal. Especially since Trump hasn't been convicted of insurrection (and I don't think he's even charged with it...just election tampering, RICO, fraud, etc.).
