But... what about the NSA's mission or culture in particular makes those topics pertinent to the business of the NSA?

Put another way: most of those topics are completely irrelevant to the NSA's operational objectives. As long as they follow EEOC laws against discrimination in hiring and whistle-blowing laws and anti-discrimination pay laws and hostile workplace prevention laws, they're good.

Companies cannot be forced to pay for and support staff social discussions and topics that are irrelevant to operating a profitable and efficient business. Neither should taxpayer-funded agencies and operations. Leave the DEI topics to directed DEI organizations.

DJT's hammer-headed approach is not good, but getting back to an increased focus on the mission is needed.
