Well, more reporting now indicates Chesebro also just faces probation rather than jail time.

I really think all of these players need to do SOME jail time. Many of these people can rationalize away having to pay a fine or suffering the inconveniences / restrictions of probation. In fact, many could probably fund-raise any financial penalty from the MAGA rubes. Money is not a material fear factor for these types. However, I'm sure every one of them would be scared witless at the thought of actually stepping foot in a cell for even a couple of months.
