She was not impressed. Fortunately, my life's wanderings brought me back to the county of my birth, so I drove down to the nearest Wayne County Clerk's office and ordered an official, certified, birth certificate. It was not free

I have a birth cert and papers in order. We could start a national registry database, but the Doge boys might give it out for voter suppression purposes. My birth cert is 1/2 page, green paper, looks easy to forge, and I think it should be free too.
