When they first laid down the blue and put the water in, it looked absolutely fantastic. Amazing how hard it is for some to admit that.

I admit that. I also admit it lasted less than two weeks. Are you in favor of spending $14 million closing down a national monument for months, having it look “fantastic” for two weeks, and then having to close it again for months?
