Mad King Donald has threatened BRICS nations and those aligned with BRICS nations as their Summit is in progress in Rio with founders Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, and new members Indonesia, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

TRUMP: Any Country aligning themselves with the anti-American policies of BRICS, will be charged an ADDITIONAL 10% Tariff. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Umm. Saudi Arabia and UAE were high on his favored nations list during his Magical Mystery Gulf Tour.

And is he aware that the R in BRICS stands for Russia, a nation that he has conveniently forgotten to tariff and whose leader he loves with a white hot passion?
