Covid was a world wide recognized pandemic with millions killed by the disease and it was recognized as such by public health bodies across the world.. Nothing fake like Trump's declaration. Very real. When public safety is a paramount concern the executive must move quickly to prevent the distribution of misinformation harmful to the public. There's no time for normal processes and to let it wind through the courts, just stop it.
