Bullroar. Saint Reagan invaded Grenada to get the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut off the front page.

If he wanted to apologize for something, he could have apologized for his disgusting refusal to send a carrier group to help the Brits in the Falklands. A lot of Brits died, because of the lack of air cover and early warning radar.

Notice, the Brits did not invoke Article 5 then. The only time Article 5 has been invoked, was when our allies rallied to our side after 9/11. Those are the same allies that Trump the God now poos on.
